Your Body Is Electric


A simple fact of nature is that wherever electricity flows a magnetic field surrounds it. You, your body is made up of trillions of cells, tiny units of electricity each one of them, with measurable voltage and conductivity. These tiny units of electricity produce a continuously moving magnetic field. The combination of the electric and magnetic fields in your body represent the Human Biofield.

The Human Biofield represents a unifying, organizing and orchestrating informational field that directs the processes and functions throughout the body.

Every cell in your body is a mini battery, with a minus (negative) voltage on the inside and a positive voltage on the outside.

Historically you are most likely familiar with the well known EKG – the electrical measure of the heart.

EKG – is the recognized Standard of Care measurement for assessing the electrical signals of the heart.

Each portion of the graph is a different impulse measured by the heart and its rhythm.
If you haven’t had an EKG, you probably didn’t know that the measurement leads are placed at multiple locations – not just your chest over the heart – the leads measure the potential of the heart impulse across the body.
EKG (also known as ECG) is the ElectroCardioGram – is the process of recording the electrical activity of the heart over a period of time using electrodes placed on the skin -typically across the chest, the wrists, and the ankles.

EEG is the ElectroEncephalogram – is the process of electrophysiological monitoring method to record electrical activity of the brain. With the electrodes placed along the scalp the EEG measures voltage fluctuations resulting from ionic current within the neurons of the brain.

EMG, electromyography is an electrodiagnostic medicine technique for evaluating and recording the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles. EMG is performed using an instrument called an electromyograph to produce a record called an electromyogram. An electromyograph detects the electric potential generated by muscle cells when these cells are electrically or neurologically activated. The signals can be analyzed to detect medical abnormalities, activation level, or recruitment order, or to analyze the biomechanics of human or animal movement.

What is common amongst these measures is that the health state is assessed via an electrical measurement!

Another way to assess energy and voltage in the body is via pH. Cells are designed to run between a pH of 7.35 and 7.45, which equates to -20mV to -25mV.
pH is shorthand for potential hydrogen, and is really a measure of voltage, and is most aptly applied to the energetics found in a solution.

When you hear the statement that you are too acidic and that can contribute to disease, what it really means is that disease occurs when your voltage is low. You must have sufficient energy potential across your cells, and their terrain, so they can thrive, and repair. Destructive environmental factors, unhealthy food and drink, electromagnetic exposures, and negative emotions, can all act to decrease your overall voltage, predisposing you to disease states.

The BEST Scan captured images have been proven to represent electrical resistance measures. A correlated (age, gender, race) system score was established so that a deficiency of electrical flow or an excess of electrical flow could be understood for specific areas of the body. There are also direct translations of the images to a spectrum of color that also quantify energetic flow across regions of the body.

As an example – let’s look at the large intestine measures from the BEST scan. The numbers alongside each organ/system represent a relative energy potential. If within the -45 to +45 region then that represents a relatively normal response, however, if the numbers escalate in either direction this is indicative of a change in energy expenditure beyond normal. What does this mean, if in the positive range – this can indicate an excess of energy demand while if in the negative range – this can indicate a deficiency of energy response, or an inability to produce the required energy.
